I worked at various jobs, including but not limited to: Carpentry, Auto Body, Masonry,
Mechanics, and Painting.
In 1975 attended college at Vermont Technical School in Randolph Center, Vermont and

vacations at various places such as F.J. Blum, Inc. in Guilford, Vermont as a consumer products
mechanic and at Keats, Inc. in Keene, New Hampshire also as a mechanic.

Associates Degree in Agricultural Mechanical Engineering. Also worked at various locations
including R.N. Johnson, Inc. in Walpole, New Hampshire as a mechanic.
Worked in New York State at Chenango Ford Tractor until the farmers stopped buying
equipment and hence no need for the extra labor.
Joined the U.S. Army in September 1977 and served four years in Germany as a scout and then
as an aerial scout, flying an OH-58 observation helicopter on the German/Soviet Border.
Returned to Vermont in 1981 to continue educational goals, attending Keene State College on an
intermittent basis until graduating Cum Laude in 1987 with a Bachelors Degree in Business with
a Concentration in Computer Science. During this period, worked for a company in Bennington,
Vermont, New England Tube and Machine Company, Inc. as a programmer to create a system
for tracking orders and parts inventory. Also attempted to sell computers in Brattleboro, but
worked for a company already on the verge of closing.
Worked for Control Designs Corporation in Peterborough, New Hampshire as a programmer
from 1987 through 1992. Designed software systems for the Bowling and Billiard Industry.
Bowling system controlled the bowling lanes by turning machinery on and off and also counted the
frames used. The Billiard system activated the light over each table and both systems tracked the
amount of time used and charged the customer based on that time, or in the case of the bowling
system, on the basis of the number of frames and/or games also. Worked with GE on a Bell
aircraft project, the Osprey, in a diagnostic system to be used by the manufacturer. Also did
some programming for GTE / Sylvania in Hillsboro, New Hampshire in the lighting
manufacturing plant on the assembly line. Also repaired circuit boards and performed customer
technical support over the phone. Designed a system for Control Designs Corporation to keep
track of sales leads.
Worked at various companies as a programmer/analyst and also part time as self-employed
giving instruction in computers, consulting and programming. Worked in 1992 and 1993 for
CD/Law, Inc and Quickscan in Marlow, New Hampshire as a Senior Technical Support
Manager, keeping track of the information on a legal research CD-ROM, installed software and
hardware for CD-ROM program, maintenance of LAN, telephone customer support, and
instructed lawyers and judges in New Hampshire and Vermont in the use of this software.
In June through August 1996 worked for C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. in Brattleboro, Vermont
as a technical support person, providing help in batch jobs at night for payroll, and programming
support.
In April 1992 a friend of mine(at least now he is) knocked on my door and introduced me to the
study of the Bible as an alternative to banging my head on a brick wall. I gratefully accepted,
was baptized a Jehovah's Witness in September 25, 1993 and have served as an auxiliary pioneer
from March 1994 through June 1995. If you live on the network you may have read a message
from me, or if you live in the towns of Keene, Swanzey, Winchester, Richmond, Chesterfield,
Jaffrey, Marlboro, Troy, or Fitzwilliam in New Hampshire you may have heard my knock on the
door. If I woke you up, sorry. I am just doing the work I was assigned.
In September 1997 started to drive a school bus for Laidlaw Transit, Inc. located in Keene, New
Hampshire. Moved to West Swanzey, New Hampshire to be closer to my congregation. In
August 1998 started to be a regular Pioneer effective in September 1998.
Brief and painful stay in Cleveland, Ohio area. Worked for Ernst and Young in a temporary position as Enrollment Adminstrator.
Worked self employed in consulting and drove a school bus for South Euclid - Lyndhurst Schools until 2004.
Back to New Hampshire in December 2004, to drive a school bus again and to regular pioneer again.
Schedule did not work out well, not enough money.
Worked for Arrow Painting as a Carpenter and Painter until November 2006.
